Limits

Control how often your customers receive NPS surveys, and some additional filters on your outgoing messages.
 
Click Settings in MemberInsight and then Limits in the second level navigation to view or edit.
 

It is important to respect your members and not send the surveys too frequently. Otherwise, the members will ignore the emails and not answer the surveys.
 

How Often?

Minimum time between any survey: default usually 4 weeks
  • Choose from 1 day or 1 to 4 weeks
  • This sets the time frame before they are able to receive any type of email with a survey

Minimum time between relational surveys: default usually 6+ months
  • Choose between 1 - 12 months
  • This sets the time frame before a particular member will receive another Relational survey

Minimum time between department surveys: default usually 3+ month
  • Choose between 1 - 12 months
  • This sets the time frame before a particular member will receive another email coming from the same department.

Note: members who provide a 0-6 Score will automatically be re-surveyed within 21 days as a follow up and not as a new survey, so it won't follow these limits.

 

Survey Send Timing

The time of day the system will start sending Surveys: Default usually set to 3PM(the club's local time)
  • Choose between 8 AM - 10 PM 
  • The time set on this page will be the same time that all surveys will be sent everyday for Relational and Department surveys
  • One-off surveys are sent when the administrator clicks on the Send Now button for the individual survey.
