Response Tags

Response tag groups can be set up and used to generate data to further identify areas of improvement.
These groups can be areas of your business, or maybe various facilities. This allows the club to find out if members are saying positive, neutral or negative things about a particular area of your business.
 
There are a few areas to consider when working with the Response tags.

1. Setup - The Tag Groups could be added, edited or deleted at any time
   • Only Admin users will have access to create tag groups and assign tags to the tag groups
2. Reassigning Tags - Once surveys are submitted with comments the tags can be reassigned
3. Statistics - Accessing the Data generated from the Tags
