The People section is designed to manage and view recipients eligible for survey distribution.
 

To Manage People or Recipients of MemberInsight: 
 

From the main navigation in the Member Inside platform, select People and choose from the dropdown options:

  1. Search – View all individuals eligible to receive surveys.
  2. Unsubscribes – Track unsubscribed individuals and resubscribe if needed.
  3. Segments - Create and manage segments for use in custom surveys.
  4. ?List Management – Manage and upload lists (CSV) for use in custom surveys.

The Search tab displays all individuals in a table format imported into the MemberInsight platform who are eligible to receive surveys. 

Options Available: 

  • The Search tab lists all survey-eligible individuals imported into the MemberInsight platform.

  • People Count: Shows the total number of eligible individuals in the platform.

  • Search Bar: Located in the top right, used to find specific individuals by name.

  • NPS Toggle: Allows visibility of the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Disabled by default and can be turned on when needed.

  • Download CSV: Enables exporting the list of visible individuals as a CSV file.

The following columns provide details about each individual imported into the memberInsight platform.

  • Member Photo – Displays the individual's photo, if available.

  • Name – Full name of the individual.

  • Date of Birth – Birthdate as per the imported data.

  • Last Survey – Date and time the most recent survey was sent.

  • Email – Email address associated with the individual.

  • Status – Indicates how the individual was imported:

    • Active – Imported from the accounting system.

    • Unknown – Uploaded via CSV for one-off surveys.

    • Anonymised - Users will appear as anonymised if there is no interaction for a two year period to protect user data. 

Viewing Individual Members


Each row in the table represents an eligible individual. By selecting on a member’s name it reveals detailed information about them, including:

  • Member Details: Displays join date, attendance, last visit, and the number of surveys received.

  • Subscription Status: Indicates subscription to marketing and operational emails. A green checkmark next to Operational or Marketing Opt-In emails confirms the individual is subscribed.

  • Show Opt-In Button: Allows resubscribing or unsubscribing an individual from communications.

  • History Button (right side): Opens a timeline of past survey activities and follow-up actions, including any closed-loop responses.

  • ?Action Button (right side): Enables manual actions such as adding the individual to the To-Do list for follow-up.


The Unsubscribes section displays all individuals who have opted out of receiving communications from the MemberInsight survey program. 

Options Available

  • This section displays all the recipients who have unsubscribed from memberInsight. 

  • People Count: A total count of unsubscribed individuals is shown at the top of the page.

  • Download CSV: Available for exporting the list of unsubscribed people. 

Re-subscribing an Individual

 

If an unsubscribed individual wishes to opt back in:

  1. Select the individual’s name to open the details panel.

  2. Select Show Opt-Ins.

  3. In the expanded view, locate the column MemberInsight Opt-In.

  4. ?Check the box under Operational Email.

Once selected, the individual will be re-subscribed to MemberInsight communications.
