Reports - How to use Reports

Each report will be divided into three sections: Chart, Detail and Responses/Recipients. These sections will be represented by a horizontal bar and some reports will have Recipients instead of Responses. Clicking on the bar for one of these sections will hide or show more details.
 

Using Reports

  • Hovering over the line graph will display a specific date and score on that date 
  • Clicking on a data point on the line graph will display Responses for that date which will appear in the Responses section 
  • Clicking Reset the Data (found below the line graph) will reset Responses to the full date range 

 
  • Only appears in some reports and displays more data in a table format
  • Click a column of data in the table to display Responses for the selection which will appear in the Responses section 
  • Click Download CSV (arrow pointing down on rectangle icon) to download a CSV file
Responses displays the Recipient, Score, Tag Groups, Comment and Date.
 

Click on row with recipient name in the responses section to view further details:
  • Shows all response information
  • Notes - to add a note
  • History  - view past responses, notes and interactions
  • Option to Add Todo only for responses that were not in the closed loop process
  • click to view will only appear for Department responses
  • Option to change response tags
  • Option to Go Back to see all responses

Click Download CSV (arrow pointing down on rectangle icon) to download CSV file for responses.

The Responses horizontal bar is replaced with Recipients for the following reports:

  • Sends and Responses
  • Email Breakdown 
Recipients displays the Recipient, Email, Franchise, Region, Location, Department, Sent and Responded. The information is for viewing purpose and cannot be clicked for more details.
 

Click Download CSV (arrow pointing down on rectangle icon) to download CSV file for all recipients.
